This Privacy Statement applies to the Standard Digital Imaging website (the "Site") and governs data collection and usage. By using the Site, you consent to the data practices described in this Privacy Statement.

Collection of your Personal Information

Standard Digital Imaging collects personally identifiable information, such as your business e-mail address.

There is also information about your computer hardware and software that is automatically collected by Standard Digital Imaging. This information can include: your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times and referring website addresses. This information is used by Standard Digital Imaging for the operation of the service, to maintain quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding use of the Site.

Please keep in mind that if you directly disclose personally identifiable information or personally sensitive data through Standard Digital Imaging public message boards, this information may be collected and used by others.

Standard Digital Imaging is not responsible for the privacy statements or other content on website outside of the Site.

Standard Digital Imaging does not collect, use or disclose sensitive personal information, such as race, religion, or political affiliations, without your explicit consent.

Standard Digital Imaging may share your personally identifiable information if required or permitted to do so for any or all of the following reasons: (i) to comply with a subpoena, legal process, government request or any other legal obligation, (ii) to prevent, investigate, detect, or prosecute criminal offenses or attacks on the technical integrity of the websites or our network, and/or (iii) to protect the rights, privacy, property, business, or safety of Standard Digital Imaging, its partners and employees, the visitors of the Site, or the public.

CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

This site is not directed to children under 13. Standard Digital Imaging does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If a parent or legal guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with personally identifiable information without their consent, he or she may contact us at any time at webgroup@standarddigital.com to review what has been collected or to request the deletion of any information collected. The child's parent or legal guardian may also direct us to stop any and all collection or use of the information

Security of your Personal Information

Standard Digital Imaging secures your personal information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. Standard Digital Imaging secures the personally identifiable information you provide on computer servers in a controlled, secure environment, protected from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. When personal information (such as a credit card number) is transmitted to other websites, it is protected through the use of encryption, such as the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol.

Opt Out Option and Correcting Your Information

You may opt out of receiving emails from the Foundation by following the instructions in those emails. Please allow ample time for us to process your request.

Standard Digital Imaging will occasionally update this Privacy Statement to reflect company and customer feedback. Standard Digital Imaging encourages you to periodically review this Privacy Statement to be informed of how Standard Digital Imaging is protecting your information.
